PR No: 7005573627. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Aircraft Slat used on the A-10 Aircraft, the F-16 Aircraft and the H-60 Helicopter. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5820-016320692 Approved Sources: L3HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES, INC. 14304 P/N AN/PRC-152A(V)4(C) Quantity: 57 Each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin 272 Days ARO Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will not be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option will not apply. A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received. The anticipated issue date is on or about February 7, 2024. The anticipated award date is March 21, 2024. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
