This agency proposes to issue solicitation SPE4A6-23-R-XE31 for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for a two year Long Term Contract initiative which includes the following NSN: CLIN 0001 –5305-01-693-8311 – SCREW MACHINE One NSN is targeted for this LTC initiative for solicitation SPE4A6-23-R-XE31. It is anticipated that the following specification applies below for approved source: Fairbanks Morse Defense, LLC, CAGE 7PZX0, Part Number F11.20094-0215 The proposed action is intended to be awarded as Unrestricted. The award effort for this acquisition is a two year LongTerm Contract (LTC) initiative as validated during market research for this NSN. The proposed contract will be awarded for a total of two years of performance inclusive of a base year and one option period. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This solicitation is proposed to be IAW FAR PART 13.5 for a commercial item.
