This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a 3-year base period plus two option years for total contract duration of 5 years. The item description contains source AGM CONTAINER CONTROLS INC, CAGE 08992, P/N BL/N BL/D9398. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Setaside. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 111 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 1839 each for the base and option periods.
