PR No: 7003290374. This solicitation will contain one (1) NSN for an Image Intensifier used on Aviation Life Support Systems. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 5855-01-696-4208 Source: L3 Harris Technologies, Inc., CAGE 55311, part number 10160UW-SA-C00-1597 Quantity: 470 EACH Contractor First Article Test (FAT) Report 1 EACH = 1 FAT Report Number of units to be tested: 1 Each Disposition of FAT units: Deliver Part of Production Quantity For Testing: Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Destination FOB: Destination Ship To: Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) listed on the “Issued By” block of this award. Provide an information copy to the Administering Contracting Officer (ACO) if different than the PCO. Delivery Schedule: Contractor FAT: 90 Days ARO: Submit Test Report 30 Days: Government Evaluation and Notification to Contractor 210 Days: Completion & Shipment of Production Units __________________________________ 330 Total Days ARO IF F.A.T. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option will not apply. The anticipated issue date is on or about August 8, 2023. The anticipated award date is October 8, 2023. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
