This Small Business Set-Aside solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000168239 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation is a competitive Long-Term Contract (2-year Base with a 3-year Option period) under FAR 15 which will include 11 NSNs. Offers from FPI will be considered in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4). EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." NAICS 334419 and 335311 Evaluation is line by line National Stock Number, Nomenclature, EAD, MIN/MAX, Delivery, First Article Testing information (See attachment) Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be utilized. The Government may award multiple contracts. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 01 JUN 2023. Electronic (DIBBS) Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with FAR 15.208 and notify/cc the Acquisition Specialist.
