The solicitation is a competitive Long-Term Contract (2-year Base with a 3-year Option period) under FAR 15 which will include 11 NSNs. Offers from FPI will be considered in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4). EXPORT-CONTROL APPLIES AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE TECHNICAL DATA AND ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD ARE LIMITED TO THOSE SUPPLIERS QUALIFIED THROUGH JCP CERTIFICATION, OR TO THOSE LICENSED BY EITHER THE DEPARTMENTS OF STATE OR COMMERCE; OR TO FOREIGN SUPPLIERS PURSUANT TO INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS.
