The proposed ac... This agency proposes to issue solicitation SPE4A6-23-R-0135 for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a multi NSN initiative for 12 NSNs. See attachment for additional information. The proposed action is intended to be awarded as 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA). The award effort for this acquisition for a five year Long Term Contract (LTC) initiative was validated during market research for multiple NSNs. The proposed contract will be awarded for a total of five years of performance inclusive of a base year and four option periods. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified OEM. This solicitation is proposed to be IAW FAR PART 15 for a non-commercial items. The NSNs cited in the attachment have been identified for this current action for the initial effort. This will be a competitive awarded contract based on the applicable basic drawings referenced in the technical data packages for each NSN. Best value selection methods will be used for this requirement. The Government may award a single award or multiple award contract for this solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) by 01/09/2023.
