The NSN is 4920-01-546-7405, FISCHER-STYLE TRIAX; P/N: 9122244. The estimated annual quantity is 280 units. This is a SOLE SOURCE item. The intended sources are Olympus Scientific Solutions (CAGE 29192) and Olympus America, Inc. (CAGE 1KY21). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchase, developed, or otherwise obtained. Any manufacturer, other than the intended source wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/Aviation/Source%20Approval%20Handbook.pdf. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED using OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The following terms apply: FOB: DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance; DESTINATION. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery will be 104 days after date of award. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote.
