The minimum delivery order is 4 each and the estimate maximum annual order quantity is 7 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation (SPE4A6-22-R-0363) issue date is anticipated to be August 15, 2022, and the solicitation closing date is anticipated to be September 16, 2022. Item is a candidate for reverse auction procedures. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
