This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. This item has 2 approved sources: Boeing Co. (cage: 81205), P/N 204-15133-2 and Ferrite Microwave Technologies (cage: 6X307), P/N 204-15133-2 and P/N LPD-10. There is a Contractor First Article Testing Requirement. There is also an Export Control Requirement (JCP Certification). There is also a classified drawing (DD254) requirement. FOB: Origin with Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. A copy of the solicitation (Request for Proposal) will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. .
