Item is non-commercial and is a stock item. This is procurement is a Total Hubzone Set-Aside. Offers from FPI/UNICOR will be considered in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4) and FAR 19.504. A Contractor First Article Test applies to this item. Requested total delivery including FAT is 210 days ARO (120 days Delivery of FAT + 60 days Gov’t Test Notification + 30 days Delivery of Production Units). This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) based on the estimate annual demand of 5500 ea.; firm fixed price for two base years and one-three year option period. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
