The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 6680-01-419-1995 Type Number: 695800-5, REV K, 07/02/1993 PART PIECE NUMBER: 695800-5 Quantity: 229 Each Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 177 days ARO Contractor First Article Test (FAT) Report 1 EACH = 1 FAT Report Number of units to be tested: 2 Each One sample will be expended during testing. One approved sample will be included in the production quantity to be shipped to supply. Test report to be forwarded to: ACO AND WRALC/WNZEA 460 RICHARD RAY BLVD., SCT 200 ROBINS AFB, GA 31095-1813 Disposition of FAT units: Deliver Part of Production Quantity For Testing: Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Destination FOB: Destination Ship To: Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) listed on the “Issued By” block of this award. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option will not apply. A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received. The anticipated issue date is on or about February 23, 2021. The anticipated award date is April 15, 2021. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
