This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. This item is sole source to Gems Sensors (cage: 04034), P/N 73700-0100. This is not a commercial item. FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program.
