This requirement is for the ''LOS ANGELES CLASS SSN (688) - 6685-01-132-0172, Gage, Pressure Dial. The approved sources are: Weksler Glass Thermometer Corporation, CAGE 64467, P/N SA24-3PJP-EBB0 and Ashcroft Inc., CAGE 049X3 P/N EA24-3PJP-EBB0. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 173 for the base year and each option years with a total 5 year estimate maximum quantity of 865 each. Surge requirements do not apply to this procurement. Delivery terms are 144 days ARO; FOB Origin: Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Trade Agreements do not apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be issued on or about January 15, 2021. Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov. This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). Annual updates to suppliers’ registration will be required. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
