A technical data package is available for this NSN. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination with FOB Origin. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Informal cost data may be required to support proposed pricing. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI), neither is it a commercial item. This is a tactical buy for a firm fixed quantity. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date on or about December 20, 2020, under solicitation SPE4A6-21-R-0162.
