Solicitation for NSN 6680-01-067-4375 / PR 0086694085 / SPE4A6-21-R-0118 / Counter, Routing. DLA Aviation does not have a copy of the drawings. Do not request the drawings from the buyer. To obtain a copy, go to the DIBBS website at https;//www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and you will be able to download the drawings. If there is specs and stnadards only, there will be a link to the Assist Homepage where you can obtain these. This will be available when the solicitation is issued. If a problem exists in getting the drawings or specs, you may call the customer service desk at (804)279-3477. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to aawrd a Firm Fixed Price Contract. No Quantity Option will be included. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitatonwill be most advantageious to the Government, price, and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscibers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting Syste (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal Large Procurement procedures. However, a copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB: Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. There is a Government First Article Testing Requirement. There is also an Export Control Requirement.
