This solicitation may result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 13.5 for a base period (3 years) plus two one-year option periods for total contract duration of 5 years. The item description contains sources BELL TEXTRON, DWG 901-311-450 REV G, CAGE 97499, P/N(S): 901-311-450-101, 901-311-450-103 with acceptable sources KAYDON, CAGE 32828 and TIMKEN, CAGE 78118. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Source Control applies. Export Control apples. Required delivery is 230 days after receipt of order. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 46 each for the base and option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
