This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement. There are 3 approved sources of supply: Kulite Semiconductor (cage: 34345), P/N BM-18-1000-220; Boeing (cage: 76301), P/N 74B580183-149; and Northrop Grumman (cage: 76823), P/N 74B580183-149. This is a non-commerical item. FOB: Origin - Do not add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program.
