DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. No quantity option will be included. This requirement is restricted to 100% Small Business Set-Aside under the negotiated method of procurement. All responsible offerors may submit an offer which will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will most advantageous to the Government, price and past performance considered. FOB: Origin - Do nat add transportation charges. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program.
