Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 130 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements does apply. Required delivery is 190 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required. Hazardous may apply.
