Solicitation is for NSN 5826-01-607-1317, the following information applies to the NSN: NSN Delivery Quantity Days 5826-01-607-1317____100 each___---160 NSN 5826-01-607-1317 (BEACON, RADIO); This item is used on MISSILE, PATRIOT and will be in accordance with (IAW) SIGNAL ENGINEERING INC, CAGE 0EX24 P/N MEA-2555-0003 SAU/STD. A technical data package is not available for this NSN. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin with FOB Origin. This procurement is unrestricted. Informal cost data may be required to support proposed pricing. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI), it may be considered a commercial item. This is a tactical buy for a firm fixed quantity. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date on or about June 19, 2020, under solicitation SPE4A6-20-R-0394.
