This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract, in accordance with Drawing 13873 153-01901-03 which will include two NSN(s): 5342-01-581-1781 and 5342-01-581-1782 Anode Corrosion, Pre. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This item is solicited on an Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. This item is not a commercial item. Higher Level Quality System applies. This item is a stock buy item. Requested delivery is 61 days ARO for 5342-01-581-1781 and 112 days ARO for 5342-01-581-1782. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a Base year period with provisions included to extend the terms of the contract up to four (4) option year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 110 EA per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 28 EA (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 800 EA over the five years for 5342-01-581-1781. The minimum delivery order is 28 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 111 EA. The estimated annual quantity is 111 EA per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 28 EA (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 790 EA over the five years for 5342-01-581-1782. The minimum delivery order is 28 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 111 EA Surge requirements does not apply. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decisions may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
