This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6685-01-491-7628, Gage, Pressure, Dial., In Accordance With (IAW) BASIC DRAWING NR 30003 639AS10748, REVISION NR A DTD 04/16/2003; PART PIECE NUMBER: 639AS10748. The requirement is being solicited on a 100% small business set-aside basis. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated maximum annual demand quantity is 40 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. This is not a critical application item. Export control does apply. A contractor First Article Testing applies as well as higher level quality requirements. Required delivery is 292 days ARO. FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Technical Orders and Qualification Requirements are available. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s). Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The anticipated maximum annual quantity is 2,285 each. Unit prices will be established at the time of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334512.
