Informal cost data may be required to support proposed pricing. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) neither is it a commercial item. SURPLUS MATERIAL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. This is a tactical buy for a firm fixed quantity. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
