The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The approved source is: Thermocontrol, Inc. DBA (CAGE 65410) PN: 100141-1. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 68 each per base year and each option year. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 150 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, Export Control, Critical Safety Item, and Higher Quality is required.
