This is a sole-source procurement for 5 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) for B52, C17, and Harpoon platforms, with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) identified as Boeing. The anticipated award date is on or around 30 April 2026. While the intent is to award to the OEM, non-OEM sources and surplus dealers are invited to express interest and demonstrate their capability to supply the items. The government may alter its acquisition strategy if purchasing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in its best interest. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
