This is a sole-source procurement for 14 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) related to E3A and KC-135 aircraft platforms, with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) identified as Boeing. The anticipated award date is on or around 30 April 2026. While the solicitation is directed to the OEM, non-OEM sources and surplus dealers are invited to express interest and demonstrate their capability to supply the items. To be considered, interested non-OEM parties must notify the Contracting Officer within 15 days of this notice and provide specific evidence of their ability to supply, including price and quantity.
