This is a sole-source procurement for 33 National Stock Numbers (NSN) for the P8 Platform, with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) identified as Boeing. The award will be a firm fixed-price purchase, and the anticipated award date is on or around 30 April 2026. Non-OEM or surplus dealers interested in any NSNs must notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date and provide evidence of their ability to supply the items. All awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The government may alter its acquisition strategy if purchasing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in its best interest.
