This is a firm fixed-price contract for 70 aircraft fuel cells, with delivery required within 128 days after receipt of order to a designated location. The approved source is Axillon Aerospace (Rockmart), LLC, but alternate offerors can be considered if they submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. A subcontracting plan is required if an offer exceeds $900,000, and certified cost and pricing data is additionally required if an offer exceeds $2,500,000. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award. The final award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors.
