DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. There is one manufacturer for this item who are large businesses Northrop Grumman CAGE 76823. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 23 each. The required delivery is 362 days ARO to DLA Distribution San Diego. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin applies. This is a Critical Safety Item. The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on Oct. 24, 2025 and close on Nov. 24, 2025.
