DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this material are NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION, Cages 26916 and 1LTU5. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 77 EA. The required delivery is 186 days ARO to W1A8 DLA Distribution, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134, New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5002; FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
