DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this material is BELL TEXTRON, INC., Cage 97499. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 21 Units EA. The required delivery is 915 days ARO to DLA Distribution, DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, 2001 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134, NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002; FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The use of the SPRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
