This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Unit Price is requested to be held for at least a 1-year increment, but not limited to 1-year. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
