NSN: 5975-01-020-2266, Mounting Base, Elect, Part Number: 4000940-6301, Honeywell International, Inc., CAGE 22373 This is not a solicitation or request for proposal. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 03/08/24. The closing date will be on or about 04/08/24. This requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 5975-01-020-2266. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), Long Term Contract (LTC) for a base period of 1 (one) year and 4 (four) option periods is anticipated. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition. When issued the solicitation/request for proposal can be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. To receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation to be considered for an award. If time does not permit evaluation of SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
