The Solicitation will request a quantity of 10 and a delivery schedule of 103 days. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database.
