DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this material is Northrop Grumman Corporation, Cage 90099. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 21 each. The required delivery is 119 days ARO to DLA Distribution Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA; FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered. A letter will be utilized to solicit the Request for Proposal (RFP) as there is currently a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) in place. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
