The only approved source for this material is Goodrich Corporation, Cage 97153. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 16 each. The required delivery is 375 days ARO to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, New Cumberland, PA. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Destination applies. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies, Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). The use of the SPRS/PPIRS is applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
