This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic / sole source contract for one base year and four option years intended to be issued on April 21, 2022. The solicitation will contain NSN: 1680-014123019, P/N 0101989-07 and P/N 015-87010-3. Current source for this NSN is Meggitt, CAGE 45402. Cubham Mission Systems, CAGE 99251, and H Koch and Sons Co, CAGE 99449. FOB Origin and inspection and acceptance destination is required. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Surge requirements does not exist. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing for NSN: 1680-014123019 will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 83 each. Minimum delivery order will be a quantity of 21 each. The maximum delivery order will be a quantity of 83 each. This item has been identified as sole source; however, this item may have history showing awards to other than the OEM. If any non-OEM source is interested in this NSN, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. (Note: Other Aviation sites will provide their equivalent surplus clause, as applicable). Responses to this announcement from other than the OEM should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period as identified. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government.
