DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore, please do not submit requests. Approved source for this item is: RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION 52661 RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION 77445 It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM’s Ordering Agreement (BOA); However, a copy of the solicitation will be made upon request. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 28 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 225 days ARO. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. Higher Level Quality system required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. If an offer is submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with offer. Receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in SAM. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly.
