This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic / sole source contract for one base year and four option years intended to be issued on January 4, 2022. The solicitation will contain NSN: 1560-012543129, P/N 950AR. Current source for this NSN is Rosemount, CAGE 59885. FOB Origin and inspection and acceptance destination is required. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Item is not a Critical Safety Item and surge requirements does not exist. The NSN is a critical application item. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing for NSN: 1560-012543129 will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 7 each. Minimum delivery order will be a quantity of 2 each. The maximum delivery order will be a quantity of 7 each. This item has been identified as sole source; however, this item may have history showing awards to other than the OEM. If any non-OEM source is interested in this NSN, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. (Note: Other Aviation sites will provide their equivalent surplus clause, as applicable). Responses to this announcement from other than the OEM should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period as identified. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting o?icer identified herein and SBA PCR (anne.mastrincola@dla.mil). The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This requirement is for a Long Term Contract with a Base year and four option years. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
