All other terms and conditions remain the same. PR 89258270 for NSN5306-01-658-0952, The DLA approved source is The Boeing Company, CAGE 77272, P/N145DS306-2. DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package/drawings available for this NSN. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 10,888 EA. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin and FOB Origin, delivery 274 days ARO or less. This solicitation is Unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The issue date is on or around 07/23/21, and the closing date is on or around 08/23/21. It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for award possibly for future procurements if approved.
