Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the JCP office via e-mail at DLAJ344DataCustodian@dla.mil .This is a sole source item coded 3P. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman, CAGE 79U29, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE DLA Aviation is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for NSN 1560-01-452-0514, Part Number 14-32000-9, STABILIZER,HORIZONT, for a quantity of 10 each. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336413. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide this material, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
