If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. All items are expected to be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial fixed price contract. The proposed contract has a potential five year duration which includes a three year base period and one two-year option period. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified awardee. This is a Total Small Business Set-aside. Best value selection methods will be used. The Government may award multiple contract for this action. Please see attached final NIIN population. Potential sources interested in submitting a proposal for items on which they are not currently an approved source as well as items that are coded with an AMSC other than G or T, will be required to submit a SAR package for one of five “heavy SAR” NSNs (see section 2.1.2 of the SOW). In order to expedite this review process, we are asking that interested parties submit the company profile portion of the SAR (elements 1-9) to Tinker Small Business Office as soon as possible.
