The issue date is on or around 02/24/21, and the closing date is on or around 03/25/21. It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date.
