The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation - Richmond, VA intends to award the attached items to a Price Pending (PP) Contract to Rolls-Royce United Kingdom, CAGE K0378 in accordance with the approved J & A. The requirement contains 15 NIINs that will be evaluated individually for award. It is the Government's intent to use a letter solicitation format to the sole source Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); therefore, if any non-OEM source is interested in any of the NIINs please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the products are acceptable. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. In order to receive an award, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Please review the attached NSNs and provide any sources that are able to manufacture the item and include the location of the manufacturer (City and State OR country if applicable).
