All listed NSNs are currently sole source to Sikorsky and a letter RFP will be used. The Solicitation will request pricing for eight NSNs. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 300 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in order to be considered for any future procurements of this NSN / PN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
