This synopsis is amended to add 2 NSNs NSN: 6220-01-061-5713 P/N: 30-1315-1 CAGE 64547 NSN: 6220-01-130-2922 P/N: 30-1522-1 CAGE 64547 This agency proposes to issue a Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) to add on NSNs to the Honeywell Joint Opportunities Contract (JOC), SPE4AX-14-D-9401, a long-term strategic, sole source contract, which will include multiple NSNs and FSCs to support various weapon systems. These items are being added to the Honeywell JOC, SPE4AX-14-D-9401, in accordance with the originally approved J&A; however, the NSNs identified herein were not included in the list of original items synopsized for this effort. The proposed adds to the contract will be for the remaining three-year option period for a total duration not to exceed three (3) years period of performance. The contract requires supply of parts with agreed to terms of FOB origin and inspection/acceptance origin, DLA Direct stock locations in accordance with the basic JOC. A total of 6 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Honeywell for the following: NSN: 4140 009699602 P/N: 1532299 CAGE 64547 NSN:1650 010559445 P/N: 581995-1 CAGE 70210 NSN: 4810 012739006 P/N: 3167365-3 CAGE 59364 NSN: 4810 009390260 P/N: 135096 CAGE 64547 Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to the synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government.
