The proposed item is intended for addition to the existing sole source contract to Diagnostic Solutions, International, LLC, SPE4A5-20-D-0030 for the following CAGE: 4Z9A3. A total of one (1) NSN is targeted for this contract effort. This item has been identified as sole source however item may have history showing awards to other than the OEM. This Requirement Type Contract has 2 months and 3 Option Years remaining and is currently in Option YR One (1). The contract requires supply of parts with agreed to terms of FOB: Origin and Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Subcontracting opportunities do exist for this effort. Aviation Richmond intends to issue a Letter RFP solicitation for this unrestricted requirement to procure NSN 7050-01-633-8732, part numbered 1030-2092-SA. A request for proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) for the remaining base year plus 3 option years. Pricing will be evaluated based on the estimated annual demand (EAD) quantity. The estimated annual quantity for the NSN will be noted in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 04/01/22. The closing date will be on or about 05/01/22. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, responders should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with this the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2M, certified cost and pricing data will be required. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a source approval request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. If time does not permit evaluation or SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) formerly known as Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
