DLA Aviation do not have an approved technical data package/drawing available for this NSN. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of ten (10) each. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination and FOB Origin, delivery 292 days ARO or less. This solicitation is Unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. The solicitation issue date is on or around June 18, 2021, and the closing date is on or around July 30, 2021. It is anticipated that an award will be made against one of the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation may be prepared and made available upon a valid request submitted prior to the issue date. To receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in Systems Award Management (SAM). The SAM registration address is https://beta.SAM.gov. Currently, Boeing is the only DLA approved source/sole source. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered for award possibly for future procurements if approved. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
