This is a firm fixed-price contract for 11 aircraft components over an eight-year base period with three option years. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, the approved manufacturer Pratt and Whitney, which has granted exclusive distribution to AAR Supply Chain, Inc. However, the notice invites other interested parties, including non-OEM sources and surplus dealers, to submit their capability and interest within forty-five days of the synopsis publication for potential consideration.
