The Defense Logistics Agency – Weapons Support (Richmond) is seeking a recompete of the Industrial Hardware & Abrasive (FSG53) items. The awardee(s) will be responsible for shipping Industrial Hardware & Abrasive products to any DLA Depot both CONUS and OCONUS. The scope of the project includes a total of ~35K National Stock Numbers (NSNs) with an initial population of ~4,824 NSNs across multiple Federal Supply Classes (FSCs) including: FSC 5301 | Historical FSC FSC 5305 | Screws FSC 5306 | Bolts FSC 5307 | Studs FSC 5310 | Nuts and Washers FSC 5315 | Nails, Machine Keys, and Pins FSC 5320 | Rivets FSC 5325 | Fastening Devices FSC 5330 | Packing and Gasket Materials FSC 5331 | O-Ring FSC 5335 | Metal Screening FSC 5341 | Brackets FSC 5342 | Hardware, Weapon System FSC 5345 | Disks and Stones, Abrasive FSC 5346 | Historical FSC FSC 5350 | Abrasive Materials FSC 5355 | Knobs and Pointers FSC 5360 | Coil, Flat, Leaf, and Wire Springs FSC 5361 | Historical FSC FSC 5365 | Bushings, Rings, Shims, and Spacers FSC 5390 | Historical FSC FSC 5395 | Historical FSC These DLA direct items include Critical Safety Items (CSI), life support items, and items requiring First Article Testing/Production Lot Testing. The structure for this acquisition will be a fixed price multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s). The period of performance will be up to 10 years: five-year base period and a five-year option. Estimated total contract value is $443 million utilizing FAR part 12 and FAR part 15. The requirement will be solicited as a small business set-aside. Metrics will include maintaining a 100% On Time Delivery (OTD), minimum 90% for each item awarded. This will be a competitively awarded contract utilizing a Trade-off Source Selection Process. The Government will award a multiple-award IDIQ contract for this action. The solicitation will be posted on FBO on or around October 30, 2025.
